Q. How many officers can I have per site?A. You can have an unlimited number of officers within each Security User Group.
Q. How do I use OfficerReports.com Apps?A. When signing up you will assign each client site a Security User Group Name and password, Supervisor Name and Password, and Client Name and password. You can then issue these names and passwords to each which will allow them to access the OfficerReports.com website and web apps. It’s just that simple!
Q. What is a Security User Group?A. A Security User Group is the name that you assign to the security team that will be submitting reports via the OffierReports.com report Apps. For example at Acme Property you may choose to call the security team “APSecurity”.
Q. How do I setup the apps on my iPhone?A. Just follow these simple steps.
- Logon to www.OfficerReports.com from your iPhone and click on the Officer Portal link in the top right corner.
- Tap the Daily Activity Report link.
- When the page opens on your iPhone, tap the Share button
at the bottom of the Safari window. - Tap Add to Home Screen and name the App appropriately.
- Repeat for each Report App.
Q. How long is my contract?A. There is no contract. Services are billed monthly and can be cancelled upon request.
Q. How do I protect my smartphone from damage?A. Because Security Officers can be hard on their equipment, we suggest looking into the Otter Box line of products.
